Welcome to Khedar. By placing an order on our website, you unreservedly accept these general terms and conditions of sale.
1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern the sale of fresh food products offered by Khedar. They apply to all orders placed through the website. Minimum order: 0 MAD. Delivery limited to Marrakech.
2. Orders
Any order placed on the site constitutes a firm commitment. You will receive a confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse an order in case of anomaly or out-of-stock items.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) including tax. Payment is made upon delivery. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order.
4. Delivery
Delivery within the city of Marrakech. Flat delivery fee: 15 MAD. We will contact you to arrange a delivery time slot. Delivery times are typically 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation.
5. Quality and complaints
Our products are fresh and carefully selected. In case of quality issues or non-conformity, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. An exchange or credit may be offered after verification.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations for perishable food products, the right of withdrawal does not apply to orders of fresh products.
7. Liability
Khedar shall not be held liable in case of force majeure, delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances, or temporary unavailability of the website.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect at the time of the order.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
